10-Week Clarity and Action
Package $1250 10 sessions-60 minutes each
This package helps you uncover and discover what is already inside of you to move yourself forward towards your desired goal. We will collaborate together to dig deep and tackle those patterns that are holding you back, keeping you stuck in undesirable habits. Then I will partner with you to course-correct and build new healthy empowered actions steps that positively impact your health and balance in life. Package includes the following:

5 -Week Purpose
Package $750 5 sessions-60 minutes each
A shorter program for those who feel they know what they want, but need a little accountability to make it happen. This 5-week package includes:
- Acquire insight of where you are and where you’d like to be
- Uncover the beliefs that are keeping you stuck
- Disband or reframe those paralyzing beliefs
- Tools/strategies/processes to assist your progress
Single Session
$400-60 minutes
A perfect blend of hand holding and motivation for new clients who only want a single session or existing clients who desire a call when a special need arises. Includes email support for 1 week following the call.
